LEADING EUROPEAN APPLE RETAILER C&C S.P.A ACQUIRES FINNISH APPLE PREMIUM RESELLER

Italian company C&C S.p.A has acquired a hundred percent stake of an Apple retailer iDeal Group, from MM Grupp OÜ. As part of the acquisition, MacPeople Oy, the leading reseller of Apple products in Finland, and its 1Store retail chain will now be under the ownership of Italian company C&C S.p.A. (www.cec.com)

Kristel Volver, a member of the board of MM Grupp OÜ, stated that MM Grupp OÜ will refocus on its core businesses and gradually withdraw from pure financial investments.
 
"iDeal has been a successful investment from the start, growing into a significant player within the MM Grupp corporation in Estonia, Latvia, and Finland. Selling iDeal Group to a strong strategic player in the industry is a logical step, as C&C is already a major Apple partner in Italy, France, and since 2023, also in Sweden.", Volver noted.

Founded in Italy in 2001, C&C is Europe's largest Apple reseller chain, which has grown significant in recent years. With this acquisition, C&C's network now comprises a total of 101 Apple stores in Italy, France, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, and Latvia. br>
Following the acquisition, MacPeople, Finland's largest Apple specialized reseller, and its 1Store retail chain will become part of C&C, Europe's largest Apple reseller. MacPeople's corporate sales and the four 1Store Apple stores in Helsinki and Turku will continue operations as usual. Additionally, the online store 1store.fi and Wolt home delivery service will continue to serve Apple customers as before.
