The customer is obliged to inspect the products upon their arrival. If the products have defects or damages, the customer must promptly, but not later than 8 days after the arrival, complain about it in writing. Free-form complaints can be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the products even if they are not used immediately or they are packaged for storage. If no complaint is made, the delivery will be deemed to be approved. Damage due to improper use of the product or failure to follow instructions is not covered by warranty or liability.
The service provider shall not be liable for any loss of revenue resulting from the product. The liability is limited to the maximum price of the product. If the purchased product is no longer available (eg due to out-of-production), the paid purchase amount will be refunded to the customer.
