1Store web shop consumer customers have a 14-day replacement and return policy under the Finnish Consumer Protection law. The product to be returned must be unused, marketable and in its original packaging.

If you are shipping a product to be replaced or returned by mail, please use the ASIAKASPALAUTUS / CUSTOMER RETURN -address label in local post office instead of the standard address label. Attach the 1Store packing list, order confirmation or receipt to the shipment. You will receive a return receipt from the post office as a proof of your return. The product should be packed carefully to avoid damage during transportation.
