Warranty and Service

  • All products sold on Macpeople are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies by product and manufacturer. The warranty begins on the date of purchase according to the manufacturer's warranty conditions. We are responsible for any defects in the products in accordance with Finnish law.

  • Please keep the original receipt or a copy of it for warranty verification. Follow the instructions for use and installation of the equipment as the warranty usually covers only defects in materials or manufacturing.

    Defects under warranty are primarily repaired at Apple authorised service.

    The warranty does not cover damage to loss of programs, data, software failure, water damage, mechanical damage or the like. Always back up your device data. Macpeople is not responsible for any lost or damaged data. During the warranty period, a non-warranty defect check may be subject to a inspection fee and shipping costs. If the defect is not covered by the warranty, the service company or Macpeoples Customer Service will contact the customer.
