    Personal data will be kept for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in this privacy statement. The longer-term retention of some information is affected by legislation, such as accounting law, responsibilities and obligations in relation to consumer sales, reporting obligations, and equipment manufacturer requirements. Service order documents are kept safe for 5 years in accordance with the manufacturers' requirements.

  • Websites and the web store (1Store Webshop) use cookies to improve the quality of the site and make it more user-friendly. You may choose to disable cookies in the web browser settings menu - in that case the site does not work as intended. The information is used for shopping cart, ordering, and logging in.

    We use Google Analytics to analyze the data. Google Analytics data cannot infer the identity or information of an individual customer.

  • The register is collected from multiple sources as a customer relationship is established at www.1store.fi or at 1Store stores. A customer relationship is created when a customer creates an account at www.1store.fi, orders and purchases goods or services, subscribes to a newsletter, requests an offer or information.

    The validity of consumer customer information is not checked in the registry office. The contact and credit information of Macpeople Oy's billing customers is reviewed and monitored from the online databases of Bisnode Oy's credit information service YTJ www.ytj.fi.

  • The Register Holder may disclose personal data to the appropriate authorities to the extent permitted and required by applicable law.

    Information is not transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area unless it is necessary for the technical implementation of the service or for other legitimate reasons. In this case, the register holder shall, through contractual arrangements, ensure an adequate level of data protection as required by law.

    Macpeople Oy uses external subcontractors and service providers to provide services. Personal data may only be disclosed to these parties to the extent necessary. Some of the services we use may be located outside the EU, and we will work to ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

  • Macpeople receives service to be executed on Apple devices and passes them to Apple Authorized Service Providers. If the device manufacturer Apple requires the following items are recorded for maintenance:

    We do not check the validity of the information.
    If the service requires the purchase receipt of the device for warranty or other free service, we will provide a copy of the receipt with all information to the service provider and the manufacturer.

    For checking the completion of the service or quality control, Apple may send a customer satisfaction survey to the email address provided. If you have already registered your device, for example during setup, it is possible that you will be contacted based on the contact information in the Apple registry.

  • Personal records are appropriately protected to prevent misuse, loss, destruction and unauthorized access.

    Only Macpeople Oy personnel with a personal username and password, who need to process personal data when handling a customer relationship, will process the register.

    Persons using the register shall be bound by the obligation of professional secrecy.

  • The data subject has the right to be informed about the processing of his / her personal data, to check his / her personal data and to request the correction of inaccurate or inaccurate information and the completion of such data. The data subject may request the deletion or transfer of personal data or request a restriction on the processing. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be revoked at any time.
